In Reno, NV, the NOW Foods Western Regional Distribution Center processes 300-500 orders daily across 1,400+ SKUs. The Challenge

Before partnering with Inyxa, NOW Foods relied on an inefficient picking process that included Pick-to-Light and Pace Belt automation technology. The hardware was difficult to support with fairly outdated equipment, and included software that was rigid and hard to manage. In addition, NOW Foods lacked true picking validation and no lot-control in their picking process.
